How long does shipping take for dart supplies?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Priority shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their gear before the next tournament.
Can I return dart sets if I don't like the grip?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Darts must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that used flights and broken shafts are not eligible for return.
Do you offer customization for dart flights?

What is the difference between steel tip and soft tip darts?
Steel tip darts are designed for traditional sisal bristle boards, while soft tip darts feature flexible plastic tips intended for electronic dartboards. Always ensure you are using the correct tip for your board type to avoid damage.
How do I know which dart weight is right for me?
Weight is a matter of personal preference. Generally, heavier darts (24g-26g) offer more stability, while lighter darts (18g-22g) allow for more speed and tighter grouping. We recommend beginners start with a 23g steel tip dart.
