At Dart Nation, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Whether the flight isn't right or you're looking for a different barrel weight, we are here to ensure your setup is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the unused darts, boards, or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Once approved, download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it, and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
